Our client, a small real estate company, is looking for a Office Manager located in New Market.  The successful Office Manager will assist the General Manager on site and support the accounting department.  This is an excellent opportunity for those that want to further and grow their career in a stable industry.

As a Office Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Manually code and data enter invoices
  • Attend reception desk
  • Set up new vendor in system

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;   

  • Must possess an Accounting Diploma
  • Residential industry experience preferred
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills

**This is in office 5 days a week
