Our client, a large insurance company, is looking for a Recruiting Assistant for a 6-month remote work contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a Recruiting Assistant with a financial services background
As a Recruiting Assistant your duties will include but not be limited to:

Providing the Talent Acquisition Team with administrative support by overseeing Recruitment Coordination tasks such interview scheduling, raising/judging background checks, facilitating onboarding, and orientation

Participating in organizing New Hire Orientation, and reporting and tracking as necessary

Supporting special initiatives connected to recruitment operations as assigned
Qualifications required for the Recruiting Assistant include:

Bachelor's degree preferred

1-2 years previous administrative experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office
