Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Professional IV for a 6-month position, located in Halivax. This is an excellent opportunity for Bilingual Customer Service Professional IV with a financial services background 

As a Bilingual Customer Service Professional IV your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Managing complex transactions and transactions that are not in good order (NIGO) for new business and active deposit accounts while observing the established accuracy, productivity, and service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Responding to inquiries from various areas within the company including advisors, back office, and client interaction for NIGO requirements and managing the relationships through communication and responses to advisors.

  • Following set guidelines and ensuring enhanced due diligence is applied.

  • Coaching managers on the recruiting process, interview techniques and selection criteria. 

 

Qualifications required for the Bilingual Customer Service Professional IV include:  

  • Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) in both French and English
  • Strong time management and problem solving skills
  • Capacity for maintaining relationships while putting professionalism first
