Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a HR Generalist for a 6-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Generalist with a financial services background
As a HR Generalist your duties will include but note be limited to:
Sourcing, screening, and analysing applicants, short-listing, and offer management throughout the whole recruitment lifecycle. Additionally, the candidate will guarantee that the procedure is properly documented.
Managing both the hiring manager's and candidates' experiences
Working with a senior recruiter to assist the Channels Technology group's substantial growing portfolio of technical roles.
Qualifications required for the HR Generalist include:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 years recruiting experience in the Technology and Operations sector with a strong preference for experience with recruiting developers (Java/C#/.NET/Angular/Full Stack), mobile development, architecture, etc.).
- Experience recruiting for the Capital Markets domain in addition to technical recruitment experience preferred
- 3-5 years' experience working in an agency or corporate environments
