Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Quality Specialist for a 6-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality Specialist with a financial services background. Please note this position is currently a hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days in office.
As a Quality Specialist your duties will include but not be limited to:
Developing and implementing client data and account attribute remediation rule books based on capital markets product and trading and settlement applications
Collaborating with a team to develop solutions to address client data remediation and future data quality
Acting as contact for escalation queries and issues from internal stakeholders on remediation activities
Qualifications required for the Quality Specialist include:
5-7 years’ experience writing procedural documents and working with client data
Expert Microsoft Excel Skills
Knowledge of capital markets products, project management, and market regulatory regimes such as IIROC and Dodd-Frank
