Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a New Business Associate to fill a 12-month contract located in Waterloo. Please note this position is currently a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2-3 days in office.
As a New Business Associate I your duties will include but not be limited to:
Analyzing premium and claims information, group characteristics, benefits, and plan designs
Pricing new business appropriately to win new group business or retain existing business
Delivering and communicating clear, accurate, and complete quotes to executives
Qualifications required for New Business Associate I include:
Knowledge of Group Life and Health concepts, benefits and products
Experience using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Underwriting experience and enrollment in or completion of LOMA, HIAA, or CEBS an asset
