Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Business Consultant - Talent Acquisition for a 12-month remote work contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Consultant with a financial services background.
As a Business Consultant your duties will include but not be limited to:
Supporting Talent Management business needs, through project management, solution building, and coordination with other business areas to assess downstream and upstream impacts of business decisions
Leading teams in the development of Business Requirements Documentation
Conducting industry and trends analysis and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support planning, implementation and sustainment of talent acquisition programs and solutions
Qualifications required for the Business Consultant include:
Post secondary degree in related field
5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in operational HR processes, talent acquisition programs, project management, and stakeholder management
