• Report financial status by preparing and analyzing financial plans, forecasts and reports.
• Track financial status by monitoring variance from the plan, and determine financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results
• Seek to improve the financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends and recommending actions
• Create financial decision support for Financial Planning & Analysis
• Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
• Increase productivity by helping to develop automated applications; eliminating duplications and coordinating information requirements
• Provide information to the broader the Finance team as well as management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses and recommendations
• Assist in Monthly Operations Review, identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting and periodic analysis of operations performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline)
• 2-3 years related experience
• Broad knowledge of accounting and finance practices/principles and preparation of strategic recommendations to management
• Advanced excel skills
• CPA preferred, but not required
