Are you looking for your next role in Accounts Payable?  Do you want to be part of a company who truly values their employees?  If so, than we want to hear from you!  Our client located in the Scarborough area is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Administrator on a full-time basis.  This hire is a due to their growth.  The client is a 50+ year old manufacturing company that is very well known to the area.  The role is an in office 5 days a week role.  

As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will primarily be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable from invoice entry to preparing payments to responding to vendors on a timely basis. Experience in maintaining positive relationships with vendors is a must.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications;
  • Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in accounts payable and vendor statement reconciliations
  • Post-secondary education or working towards university degree in Business or Accounting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
