Our client, a professional services firm located in the heart of the financial district, requires a billing administrator for a long-term contract opportunity.  In this role, the billing administrator's responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Daily management of requests through the departments internal inbox
  • Providing billing support to internal billings teams
  • Generating bills, reports and reviewing Work-in-process (WIP)
  • Assist with billing data entry and performing clean up as required
  • Resolving inquiries and discrepancies

The successful candidate for this role will have 2+ years in a similar capacity. This role is hybrid with 2 days a week in the office. 

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications; 

  • Previous experience in a time based billings environment
  • Understanding of WIP
  • Perfect verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills
