Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada is looking for a Project Manager for a 12-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a financial services background
As a Project Manager your duties will include but not be limited to:
Managing large-scale, complicated projects that frequently involve several internal and external stakeholders as well as matrix partners.
Responsible for defining, planning, coordinating, and executing all business, operational, and IT deliverables for assigned strategic projects.
Managing all aspects of the project lifecycle and collaborating with matrix business, corporate, and IT partners to oversee all phases of the project and ensure that related project processes (such as change management, process management, transition to business/operations, system development, quality management, and so on) are completed as required.
Qualifications required for the Project Manager include:
Minimum 10 years of related work experience
Strong understanding of the waterfall lifecycle phases and categories
Project financial control (high level forecast accuracy)
