Our client, a large insurance company, is looking for a Trainer for a 3-month contract located in Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a Trainer with a financial services background
As a Trainer your duties will include but not be limited to:
Facilitating training on how to use the technology in meeting rooms (ie: how to use the dashboard to check into a room, how to use skype for business, how to connect a laptop to the projector, how people in the room or on the phone can connect)Preparing, tracking and creating management reports on all BBCCCAMT Base budgets, MOPs and PRF.
Assisting LOBs and client groups with mass communication.
Distributing questionnaires to collect feedback on the training and the product.
Qualifications required for the Trainer include::
5+ years of expertise delivering training content
5+ years of expertise delivering training content Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office 365, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams Voice, SharePoint, MS Team, MS Surface Hub)
Adult Education Certificate/Diploma
