Company delivers proprietary performance software solutions that drive growth for private equity funds, investment banks and middle market to large corporations.

  • Cloud-based FP&A software company is looking for a self-motivated Customer Success Manager / Senior Manager (“Finance Manager / Finance Senior Manager”) to lead and develop strategies to best partner with our customers in helping them achieve continuous value and adoption from Company’s product suite.  This is a finance role and not a sales role and not an IT role. You will partner with our technology, operations, sales, and marketing teams to improve our customer success approach and develop key frameworks and playbooks from the ground-up. You will also work with our customers as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.

Position Overview (finance is the core technical background; this is not a sales, business development or IT role)

  • Own the client relationship from sale forward, overseeing all aspects of project execution, customer success, continuous development, and overall relationship management
  • Advise client business end-users during deployment of Cloud-based Company’s software (toolset and supporting processes)
  • Assist in development of internal best practices, process, and product offerings (e.g. analytics, technology, capabilities, etc.)
  • Work with clients to establish customized customer journey maps to ensure maximum ROI from their relationship with Company
  • Leverage software toolset to design custom use applications for clients’ unique needs
  • Manage multiple client engagements acting as P&L owner and key client liaison
  • Analyze operational and financial data to provide insights into clients’ business performance

WHAT YOUR RESUME SHOWS

  • Undergraduate B.S. Degree, Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Worked in cross-functional environments and have lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong working knowledge of computer software, such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, etc.
  • Experience with business intelligence and/or planning and budgeting software applications
  • Experience working with ERP systems is preferred
