Our client, a Fortune 500 company has an immediate need for a Change Manager Consultant for a 6+ month project. The Change Manager will partner closely with the Change management workstream lead, the UK-based change specialist, an external party change team and the internal communications partner. The Change Manager will engage key HR and business stakeholders to assess impact and partner with external partners to build change strategy, design solutions, implement, deliver, and measure change effectiveness.
 
Requirements
  • Experience leading End to End Change Management efforts through an HR Transformation
  • Experience creating change management-related content, conducting impact assessment, and can articulate findings in a succinct manner that’s meaningful to the intended outcomes
  • Experience creating and summarizing the data that will assist in both long-and short-range strategic planning for the implementation and delivery of change management activities for our HR transformation
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across all enterprise partners to identify impacted stakeholders, document current and future state, and assess the degree of impact to the end users
  • Experience working in an agile and nimble way, with the ability to operate with a global, employee-centric mindset
