Our client, a large financial institution in Canada is looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives a 6-month contract, located in Kitchener. This is an exciting opportunity for customer service and call center representatives!
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Perform inbound and outbound calls to existing clients to inform them of their account status
- Perform follow-up services to emails through email
- Answer customer questions regarding products and services
Skills required for the Customer Service Representative include:
- 2-4 years in customer service related role
- Previous call center experience is preferred
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- College/University degree in related field
- Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
