Calling all office administrators/EA’s/administrative assistants!  Are you looking to advance your career to and Office Manager?  We have a client, a public accounting firm, located in North York, that is looking to hire an Office Manager to join the firm as they have extremely positive things happening there.  This firm will quadruple in size starting January 2022 and from now until then, you will be instrumental in helping bring four partners into one firm.   You will have the support of two office admin’s to help you during this time and beyond. 

In addition to this extremely big and important task, you will be responsible for the following;

  • Managing the office on a day to day base
  • Bookkeeping for the office and partners
  • Payroll
  • Collections

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone who has worked with Caseview.  This means you need to have experience working within Public Accounting.  If you have exposure to QB and Caseware, that would be a great benefit.  Also, our client is looking for someone who has great phone manners, customer service skills and is extremely professional.

*This role is in the office 5 days a week.
