Position: Talent Sourcer

Contract: 18 months

IFG is on the search for an exceptionally talented and motivated individual to join our client a global IT and Gaming  company as a Talent Sourcer/ Technical Recruiter. This Talent Sourcer will focus on the external search activity and developing the strategy for various studio roles. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating our focused pipelines of diverse talent across content, creative and technical domains.

The Talent Sourcer will also support the Recruiting Team with key market insights, while maintaining a positive outbound presence to network and identify the appropriate sources of talent. You’ll cover the basics of recruiting, but more importantly, leverage your business knowledge of the Studio to guide meaningful recruiting strategies, which promote direct methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline exceptional candidates for the client.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be proactive in hiring activities with a strong focus on diversity. Starting from initial role briefing with recruiter through to screening candidates.
  • Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to define and maintain core pipelines.
  • Research and analyze relevant data and trends, including talent and diversity gaps to provide insights to address studio needs.
  • Craft custom outreach and meaningful candidate engagement focused on passive and diverse talent.
  • Support in coordinating the talent acquisition process.
  • Cultivate and maintain candidate relationships through to the in-person interview.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years in Talent Acquisition (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR or Industry experience related to role OR 1-2+ years in Talent Acquisition and a Degree in HR/ related field.
  • Experience with Diversity and Inclusion initiatives in Talent Acquisition, HR or relevant experience.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System/database, iCIMS experience preferred.
  • Experience in technology, video games/ or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to seek clarity, define requirements, and advise stakeholders.
