Our client, a large insurance company, is looking for a Board Paralegal for a 12-month contract located in Boston, MA, USA. This is an excellent opportunity for a Board Paralegal with a background supporting Board of Directors and/or Senior Executive.

As a Board Paralegal your duties will include but note be limited to: 

  • Acting as the primary liaison with Board members on all routine Board matters and serving as the main point person on all communications/support

  • Meeting with Key Stakeholders and creating project plans and timelines for upcoming Board meetings

  • Overseeing the preparation of the presentations, preparing Board reference materials and managing the Board portal


Qualifications required for the Board Paralegal include:  

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or paralegal certificate

  • Experience using MS Office/Office 365

  • Governance experience

  • Demonstrated success in project management, administration or other field required strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
