Conversion compensation range: $70,000 - $85,000


The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing end-to-end support to the cross-functional Finance client services team, working collaboratively with the team members to ensure client issues are tracked, monitored, and resolved timely and effectively. Performs a key role in the development of the cross-functional client services meetings, shaping the agenda and creating the materials, ensuring appropriate follow-ups and action steps are implemented to make certain client satisfaction is achieved. This position is also responsible for providing back-office financial services to the various FP&A business leads to improve financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, and analysis delivered to their client groups. Serves a critical role in the financial reporting process including revenue & expense reporting, resource tracking and time allocation reporting, Plan data reporting, invoice tracking & reconciliation reporting, vendor commitment reporting, as well as budget approval forms and monthly accruals. Provides analytical support to FP&A projects as assigned to help contribute to the successful operation of the various client business units supported.



Provide end-to-end support to the cross-functional Client Services Finance team:

  • Assist in the development of appropriate processes and procedures for tracking, communicating, and reporting all Client concerns and issues, tracking issue resolution cycle times and ensuring timely follow- ups are made and an escalation procedure implemented to facilitate an effective and efficient resolution process
  • Manage the scheduling of the cross-functional Client Service meetings, coordinating and ensuring appropriate representation of required attendees, preparing the agenda and meeting materials, and documenting meeting minutes and action steps
  • Identify areas for Finance process improvement opportunities informed by client issue tracking and report against metrics to measure service performance (outcomes)
  • Share best practices with the Client Services cross-functional team and more broadly among Finance as appropriate to allow key Finance stakeholders to knowledge-share client service solutions and performance improvement activities
  • Monitor, analyze, and develop ways to improve the process of managing the end-to-end resolution of Finance client service issues

Prepare and analyze various financial reports and forms to support FP&A business leads and their specific client groups, fully comprehending the underlying data and output. Financial services include:

  • Monthly and custom expense and revenue variance reporting and resource modeling
  • Ad hoc analysis & reporting including: invoice reconciliation, vendor commitment tracking, trend analysis, change requests, accrual analysis, and billing inquiries
  • Plan data reporting, including monthly claims count for revenue tracking and ad hoc Plan and internal requests
  • Budget forms supporting the procurement process. This includes independently researching and collaborating with FP&A business leads various business units’ management in order to determine if appropriate budget dollars are available
  • Monthly dashboard reporting, including performance metrics, business metrics, core cost goals and benchmarks
  • Provide customer training on various financial reports, RC and project code set ups, organizational re-designs, resource tracking & reporting, capital policy requirements, rolling forecasts and rev funds



  • Tableau dashboard experience (may also consider PowerBI but Tableau strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business administration or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years demonstrated work experience in financial reporting or client liaison role


  • Work experience within similar environment
  • Experience in supporting a Client Services function and/or project management function
  • Previous experience using financial / accounting systems including PeopleSoft, Hyperion, and Tableau
  • Ability to independently take complex clients issues and requirements and to satisfy those requirements in an efficient manner
