  • Financial oversight and leadership for three of our Operating Businesses.
  • Real Estate Investment support
    • Review underwriting analysis and investment opportunity
    • Engage with team on decision making process.
  • Business Acquisitions – point person to lead the process.
  • Risk Management for the Entities and Operating Businesses.
  • Participate with Operating team on Benefit program renewals.
  • Administer 401k plan.
  • Debt Financing for operating businesses and the family office.
  • Manage Private Jet and ensure appropriate insurance is in place.
  • Payroll for Family office
  • Taxes
    • Gather all information needed for annual tax filings for all Entities and Family Trusts.
    • Coordinate and liaison with EY on Tax preparation.
  • HR Administration for Family Office employees and Jet personnel
  • Monthly Financial close and reporting related to all investments.
  • Coordinate and prepare all documents required for the Annual Audit
    • Businesses are audited individually and lead person on each is the respective Business Controllers.
    • Review audits of the Operating Businesses and interact with the audit teams as necessary.
  • Annual Budgeting
    • Prep Budget for Legal Entities
    • Guide and review budgets for the operating businesses.
  • Manage related party loans.
  • Cash Management and Treasury duties for Family Office and the Operating Businesses.
  • Board Meetings
  • Investment Committee participation.
  • Leadership of IT functions at Family Office and the Operating Businesses.
