Our client, a large financial institution is looking to add multiple Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to their team for a 6-month contract in Halifax, NS. 

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Respond to incoming calls from customers and answer questions related to their accounts 
  • Processing and input data into customer accounts 
  • Perform follow-up services via phone or email 

Qualifications required for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative include: 

  • 2-4 years of customer service related experience 
  • Previous contact center experience is preferred but not required 
  • Previous financial services experience is preferred but not required 
  • College degree in any related field
