Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 5 month contract located in Downtown Montreal. 

This is an exciting opportunity for customer service professionals with call centre experience. 

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative your duties will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Working in a fast paced environment and handling 75-100 inbound calls a day
  • Assisting clients with various banking needs such as resetting passwords, completing transactions, troubleshooting any account settings etc.
  • Reaching service targets while understanding client needs for products and services 
  • Quickly identifying and troubleshooting any problems that clients have with accounts, also sending inquiries to other departments if need be 

Qualifications for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative includes: 

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a sales environment 
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills 
  • Past experience working in a fast paced environment 
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies 
  • Previous call centre experience is preferred
