Our client, a top insurance firm, is seeking a Property Administrative Assistant in Downtown Manhattan. This is a 6-month contract with an opportunity to grow! 

As a Property Administrative Assistant, your duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Provide a full range of administrative support including email correspondence, scheduling meetings, attending client inquiries, and maintaining filing system
  • Track expenses and invoices 
  • Administer lease and contracts, accounts payable and accounts receivables 
  • Demonstrating a high-level of professionalism to executives and directors 

The qualifications for a Property Administrative Assistant includes: 

  • 1-3 years of commercial property experience; operations or tenant management
  • Proficient with MS Office 
  • Interest in pursuing a Real Estate career
  • High-level of interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment 
  • High level of autonomy
