Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada, is looking for a Bilingual Loan Service Specialist for a 6-month contract located in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior financial professional with previous call center experience.

This position is temporarily remote, with the possibility to return to office. 

As a Bilingual Loan Service Specialist, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Inbound and outbound calls to clients 
  • Receive incoming calls from clients regarding pass due invoices and statements
  • Complete customer service duties as needed

Skills required for the Bilingual Loan Service Specialist include:

  • Bilingual in French/English 
  • 6 months to 2 years experience in a fast-paced call center environment
  • College or University degree is preferred
  • Previous collections experience is an asset
