Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada, is currently hiring for a new team of Customer Service Agents in Montreal, QC. This is a 6-month contract to start with an opportunity to work from home.
As a Call Center Agent, your duties include but are not limited to:
- Respond to inbound calls from clients, providing stellar customer service over the phone
- Perform outbound calls to follow up on existing job tickets, as well as address outstanding account balances
- Escalate complex issues as needed
As a Customer Service Agent, the requirements are:
- 2-4 years of customer service experience
- Previous experience working within a call center is an asset
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Bilingualism in both French and English are mandatory
