Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking for a  Financial Analyst for a 6 month contract located in downtown Toronto. This position will start out as work from home and will transition into the office after restrictions are lifted.

As a Financial Analyst, duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Analyze and assist in the preparation of reports on the financial performance of the business
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and the preparation of current and future forecasts
  • Conduct presentations regarding monthly and annual plans
  • Ad-hoc financial reporting as required

Skills required for the Financial Analyst include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis in banking 
  • University degree related to Accounting, Business, or Finance
  • Previous experience financial planning and analysis
  • Currently enrolled or designated CA, CGA or CMA
