Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives a 6-month contract, located in Kitchener. This is an exciting opportunity for customer service and call center representatives!

As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Perform inbound and outbound calls to existing clients to inform them of their account status 
  • Perform follow-up services to emails through email 
  • Answer customer questions regarding products and services 

Skills required for the Customer Service Representative include: 

  • 2-4 years in customer service related role 
  • Previous call center experience is preferred
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • College/University degree in related field 
  • Bilingual in French and English is required
