Our client needs an Interim Manager of Taxation for an initial term of 6 months. If you have extensive hands on tax experience managing US and Canadian tax functions, we have the role for you! As would be expected, this role is work from home.
As the Interim Manager of Taxation, you will be responsible for various things including, but not limited to:
-preparation of US federal and state and sales tax returns, Canadian federal and provincial income and indirect tax returns.
-US and Canadian tax provisioning, compliance with tax SOX controls, managing tax audits, transfer pricing, tax planning, etc.
-CPA, CA [completion of in-depth is strongly preferred]
-5+ years direct hands on experience performing the above-mentioned tax duties
