Our client, a large insurance company is seeking10 Bilingual Customer Service Professionals in Halifax, NS. This is a 6-month contract to start with the opportunity to potentially grow.
This opportunity requires candidates to work on-site. Must be flexible to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 9:00PM.
As a Bilingual Customer Service Professional, your duties include but are not limited to:
- Attend a high volume of customer inquiries through phone and email
- Accept requests and perform follow-up requests for the Affinity Markets team
- Identify and resolve challenging concerns using resources available
The successful Bilingual Customer Service Professional will meet the following requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and French
- 1-2 years of previous customer service experience or call center experience
- Knowledge of insurance products is an asset
- Ability to retain and apply large amounts of data
- Highly organized and strong attention to details
