Our client, a Top Insurance firm in Canada is looking for an Business Analyst for a 12-month contract, located in downtown Toronto.
As a Business Analyst your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Analyze systems and processes and clearly document data flow, data mapping, data transformation.
- Define test plan and test matrices; and execute testing of systems
- Produce quality documents including business processes and controls, requirements, user stories, user guides and training materials
- Investigate, analyze and define operational problems
Skills required for the Business Analyst include:
- 5 years of experience in business analyst
- Experience with payment file formats including XML and SWIFT ISO20022 file formats
- Experience in areas of Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Audit, Accounting or Risk Management preferred
- Experience with using and writing Excel macros an asset
