Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking for multiple Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract, located in Ottawa. This is an exciting opportunity for customer service and call center representatives!
Please note, this role would be permanently work from home.
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Perform inbound and outbound calls to existing clients in French and English to inform them of their account status
- Discuss loan repayment options with customers
- Answer customer questions regarding products and services
Skills required for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative include:
- At least 1 year in a customer service-related role
- Previous call center experience is preferred
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- College/University degree completed or in progress
- Fluent in French and English
