Title: HR Program Coordinator

We are looking for an HR Program Coordinator in charge of the Intern program and FTE hiring who will be accountable for the end-to-end process and its continuous improvement. The person will need to interact with 13 functions within our client’s organization and is key to shape a positive experience for the Intern and for the researchers who will be mentoring them


Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns the end-to-end process and the how-to guide
  • Leads the rhythm of business associated with the Intern Program and continuously improves the programPoint-of-contact for all stakeholders regarding the Intern program and the onboarding of new employees and provide status update
  • Anticipates, pro-actively prevents, and solves issues related to Intern Program
  • Liaise with our client's USA counterpart to align on recruiting and strategies, benefits, compute resources, trainings & tutorials, event, documentation & material, etc.
  • Track candidate progression and results, trouble shoot, improve the process
  • Owns the progression funnel of the candidate, and the KPIs dashboard
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Prepare and interpret corporate information, schedules and action plans
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and help manage schedules
  • Manages the position number in the success factor platform
  • Keeps up to date with the processes, tools and procedures
  • Coordinates joiners and leavers to the team: Handles pre and post requirement
  • Working with the Business Manager to remove blockers
  • Designs activities to make the Interns experience memorable

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills  



  • 10+ years of proven experience in a program management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Project management or Human Resources
  • Experience in continuous improvement
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience working within a large organization
  • Experience in project or in Human Resources functions
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of immigration visa and work permit process is an asset
  • Experience with the Success Factor platform an asset
