Our client - Top Insurance firm is seeking multiple Call Center Representatives for a 6-month contract located in Halifax.
As a Call Center Representative, your duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls
- Educate customers about retirement solutions
- Provide professional and quality customer service
In order to qualify, the successful Call Center Representative will meet the following requirements:
- 1-3 years of previous call center or financial services experience
- University/College education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office
