Our client is seeking multiple Bilingual Call Center Representatives for a 6-month contract located in Mississauga.
As a Call Center Representative, your duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct inbound calls
- Educate customers about banking products such as loans, credit cards, mortgages or lines of credit
- Negotiate and accept payment arrangements.
- Provide professional and quality customer service
**Must be available to work full-time hours on a rotating schedule between Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
In order to qualify, the successful Call Center Representative will meet the following requirements:
- 1-3 years of previous call center or financial services experience
- Bilingual: English and French/Cantonese/ Mandarin preferred
- University/College education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office
