This full-time benefited position is responsible for maintenance, review, analysis, and reporting of financial results.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1.Prepare monthly journal entries and month-end account reconciliations.
2.Process domestic and international wire transfers.
3.Prepare and reconcile foreign bank reconciliations.
4.Prepare and distribute monthly financial ratios.
5.Assist in the preparation of monthly Cash Flow Forecast.
6.Prepares and distributes monthly Historical Shipment Summary.
7.Prepare and distribute monthly Dozens Sales Reports.
8.Review and reconcile the monthly DOR reports.
9.Responsible for the review and preparation of the monthly sales and related journal entries.
10.Prepares and distributes monthly Cross Charges Report.
11.Assure Fixed Asset physical control and prepares entries related to fixed assets.
12.Responsible for the review of Custom Deals submitted by Sales and Marketing departments.
13.Responsible for the IDR process.
14.Responsible for the review and preparation of the month-end Cost of Goods Sold and related journal entries.
15.Responsible for the maintenance and monthly updates for the COGS Analysis database and the Budget by SKU files. 16.Distribute month-end Cost of Goods reports.
17.Assist in the development of standard costs.
18.Responsible for assigned Internal Audits.
19.Assist in the preparation of year-end audit work papers.
20.Assist in the preparation and calculation of yearly R&D Tax Credit reports.
21.Assist in the budget process.
22.Assist in developing and maintaining departmental procedures.
1.Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the Manager of Accounting, Controller, and/or Vice-President, Finance.
2.Performs other financial analysis/review functions, as necessary.
3.Supports the Winner’s Circle and Quality System processes.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1.A 4-year college degree in Accounting or Finance.
2.The knowledge and skills required for this position are typically acquired in 6 years of experience in a financial environment. 3.Intermediate/Advanced Excel experience.
4.Beginner/Intermediate Access experience.
5.Cost Accounting and/or Manufacturing experience is preferred.
6.CPA and public accounting is preferred.

2.A broad understanding of financial report systems and a solid understanding of complex accounting and financial issues.
3.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines on a multitude of concurrent tasks.
4. Ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation.
5. Good math aptitude and strong analytical skills.
6. Good organizational ability.
7. Willingness to accept other duties as assigned.
8. Must possess the ability to get along with others, function as a team player, accept constructive criticism from Supervisor/Manager, and comply with Company policies.
