Finance Manager (Corporate FP&A and Sales Support)

Summary Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Assist Finance Director to manage and further develop the FP&A function (budget, forecast, FP&A)
  • Assist to reorganize the analytics function at the corporate, regional and individual business level
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development team including financial modeling to support and analyze business development initiatives (e.g. pricing, profitability, forecasting)
  • Guide and manage cash flow analysis (support Treasury function)
  • Provide analytical support for the organization
  • Hands-on, day-to-day manager who will help prioritize and manage business requests and ensure analysis is delivered timely and accurately
  • Key attributes will be the proven ability to manage people and develop staff level individuals to produce high quality analysis.

Detailed Responsibilities, Technical and Cultural Skills (partial list):

  • Ensure that timely and accurate reports are generated
  • Produce and analyze complex financial and statistical reports
  • Generate and review ad-hoc reports related to quality, cost and effectiveness of healthcare services
  • Gather and prepare analysis based on information from various sources and financial reports
  • Provide financial and business analysis as required. Determine appropriate actions and present to upper management
  • Facilitate timely collection of accounts receivable, forecasting monthly revenue/expenses, establishing the annual budgets, and monitoring and improving internal controls.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of healthcare practices and procedures
  • Detailed oriented and good analytical skills

  • Effective time management and able to adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Extensive use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of finance experience (minimum), with emphasis in the health care or insurance industry
