As a Customer Service Professional your duties include but are not limited to:
- Attend inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external clients
- Educate customers about services and products offered
- Assist clients with follow-up services
In order to qualify, the successful Customer Service Professional will meet the following requirements:
- 1-3 years of previous call center, retail or customer service experience
- University/College education
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Strong internet speed
- Excellent technical capabilities
