Our client, a Top Insurance firm in Canada, is searching for an Administrative Assistant based in Boston, MA. This is a 7-month contract to start with the opportunity to work from home! 

As an Administrative Assistant, your duties include but are not limited to: 

  •  Maintain databases, client portals, documentation, and reports 
  • Provide general administrative support for Corporate Services team 
  • Assist with marketing material preparation 
  • Coordinate business meetings, client tours and external events 
  • Manage all email communication

In order to qualify, the successful Administrative Assistant will meet the following requirements:

  • 3 years of previous administration experience 
  • Bachelors degree is preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce 
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Good judgement and decision making skills
