Our client, a major financial institution in Boston, is currently looking for an Office Clerk. The position will be located out of downtown Boston and will start out as as 6-month contract with a possibility of extension. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for the management of client documents, ensuring accuracy and completion.

As an Office Clerk your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Monitor and index all incoming documents to their appropriate department databases
  • Open and sort all incoming documents into batches based on a preset set of requirements
  • Actively scan documents into the company database
  • Ensure physical documents are properly stored and organized for easy access

Skills required for an Office Clerk include:

  • Post Secondary education or high school diploma with related work experience
  • Strong initiative and proactive in responding to incoming requests
  • Knowledge of annuity and insurance products is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills is a must
