Our client, a large financial institution is searching for a Bilingual Operations Administrator for a 6-month contract to start located in Halifax, NS. This is an exciting opportunity for finance professionals seeking experience! 

As a Bilingual Operations Administrator, your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Attend a high volume of customer requests
  • Process 1000+ monthly billings, electronic funds, and pensions
  • Identify and accurately resolve errors 
  • Assist Underwriter with maintaining applications and active files 

The successful Bilingual Operations Administrator, will meet the following requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of previous customer service, financial services or administration experience
  • Bilingual: French and English is mandatory 
  • Strong knowledge of insurance claims 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
