As a Bilingual Operations Administrator, your duties include but are not limited to:
- Attend a high volume of customer requests
- Process 1000+ monthly billings, electronic funds, and pensions
- Identify and accurately resolve errors
- Assist Underwriter with maintaining applications and active files
The successful Bilingual Operations Administrator, will meet the following requirements:
- 1-2 years of previous customer service, financial services or administration experience
- Bilingual: French and English is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
