Title: Gaming Program Manager

Location: Vancouver

Contract (with strong possibility of extension)


IFG is looking for a Gaming Program Manager to support a client; a global IT giant in their gaming division.



  • Coordinate execution of our client video game grassroots initiatives including regional and store events
  • Manage live event operations including participant registration, tournament operator deliverables and equipment inventory management (purchases, shipping and stocking)
  • Drive execution of the video game's web site, including quests, prizing, moderation team and Maestro deliverables. Ensure studio teams are aware of stream giveaways requiring additional servers, and planned events are executed and awarded correctly
  • Work with the web team in the creation, localization, organization of all posted content
  • Track DLC planning and deliverables with Live team
  • Interface with Community team on planning, design, and execution of social posts
  • Support asset management including managing all VOD broadcast files, exporting raw photo batches, managing photo and video uploads to external sites and organizing and updating asset archives


  • Strong project management skills, highly organized
  • A self-starter - must be able to effectively work independently and autonomously
  • Capable of managing and completing multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment
  • Interpersonal skills: communicate effectively, build rapport, and relate to others at all levels
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Proficient in: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Spanish fluency and basic Photoshop knowledge are desired, but not required skills
  • Bach degree is preferred
  • Some experience in games (AAA preferred but mobile is OK), Esports or sports management experience (anyone coming out of MBA level team or sports team with sports knowledge)
