Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking for multiple Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a 6-month contract, located in Halifax, NS. This is an exciting opportunity for customer service and call center representatives!

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Perform inbound and outbound calls to existing clients to inform them of their account status 
  • Perform follow-up services to emails through email 
  • Answer customer questions regarding products and services 
  • Escalate complex issues as needed to senior managers

Skills required for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative include: 

  • Fluent in French and English (verbal and written communication) 
  • 2-4 years in customer service related role 
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • College/University degree in related field 
  • Infectiously positive attitude and able to work in a high volume environment
