Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada, is searching for a Bilingual Call Centre Agent in Mississauga, ON. This is a 6 month contract with a high possibility of extension!
As a Bilingual Call Centre Agent, your duties include but are not limited to:
- Collect on over limit accounts
- Maintain high level of customer service
- Assist customers with referrals and payment option plans
- Diffuse client escalations
- Meet and exceed performance objectives
The successful Bilingual Call Centre Agent, will meet the following requirements:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English & French, Mandarin or Cantonese
- 2-4 years of financial or customer service experience
- Strong negotiation skills required
- Prior experience with a financial institution
- Excellent verbal and written communication
