Title: Sales Productivity Specialist

IFG is on the search for a Sales Productivity Specialist to join our client's team, a global billion dollar tech giant in the Mississauga area. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to coordinate and connect partners and sellers to action outbound deal engagements
  • Focused on driving CoSell on Azure, Modern Workplace and Business Applications (D365) of SMC Corporate
  • Ensure partner and customer success by coordinating expectations with the partner, actively monitoring deals and driving use of tools and deal administration for visibility into deal performance
  • Be a champion for usage, training and support for the Partner Sales Connect and Partner Connect tools
  • Manage and support the operations to ensure Co-Sell deals are programmatically managed, registered and supported in accordance to program rules while facilitating in partnership with Co-Sell support desks to drive issue resolution
  • Work with relevant stakeholders across the partner, the partner manager and the seller to identify issues related to pending or rejected IP Co-Sell deals and actively resolve



  • Partner relationship management & pipeline management skills
  • Proven ability driving and closing Partner Opportunities with SMC customers
  • Ability to co-sell with partners across account teams in SMC
  • Ability to technically understand our client's solution areas and Partner Offerings connecting value to conversations
  • Ability to manage and work with virtual teams across functions and geographies including HQ
  • Strong customer/partner facing communications skills
