Title: Bilingual (French/English) Associate Commercial Executive

Location: Montreal

Contract: To June 30th 2020 with strong potential for extension


IFG is on the search for an Associate Commercial Executive to support a client in Montreal; a global IT giant.


  • Contract Management & Administration in support of the Government of Canada 4 contracts  
    • Management of the CDN Diso alias - questions and orders flowing into this alias and require orchestration to ensure the requests land with the correct people and are responded to quickly
  • Renewal Support for 65 + GPP
    • The associate CE would we able to manage the renewal CPS, to the SI & LSP
    • Drive Customer calls with SSC and partners to explain renewal process
    • Amendment creation
  • Driving the post sales requests through the Post sales BD team
  • Responsible for Monthly Price file for Unclass
    • Pull updates each month
    • Check any new products against SOC compliance
    • Update customer and partner versions with any additions/ deletions in the contract defined process
    • Match last month file to new file to ensure all pricing is correct
    • Submit price file to SSC & handle any inquires
    • Post partner price files on their share site with a note on what changes & handle any partner queries
    • Manage partner SharePoint sites
  • Customer (SSC) & Partner support for cloud contracts (Unclass & Protected B)
    • Orchestration of problem resolution required to solve customer and/or partner issues (post-sales)
      • Weekly meetings with Partners to review opportunities & issues
      • Facilitate a Monthly meeting with CBT to review issues, updates etc
      • Cloud services adjustments/issues, provisioning
      • Sub Account Creation process
      • Welcome letter escalations
      • Additional Admin set up escalations
      • OLS change escalations
      • Azure support request escalations
        • Consumption Questions
        • Loss of Service Scenario
        • Monetary Commit Not on Correct Enrollment
        • Portal or Service Questions
        • Pricing, Billing, Overage Questions
        • SLA Credit
      • Track Tenants for MSEA, Unclass & ProB
      • Track all amendments for the 10 Unclass cloud contracts
      • Collaboration with EOU including ATU, STU and CSU as well as services
        • Manage & Track with ATS Azure onboarding sessions for each client
  • Protected B
    • work with OCP to ensure that every order has one of the 3 named partners assigned
    • track amendments, Revenue
    • support the CE with the enrollment process & post sales BD requests
  • Documentation of the resolutions & FAQ / building out new processes to assist in resolving these issues during pre-sales, contract signing
  • Identify opportunities to reduce pre-and post-sales issues



  • French & English language skills – mandatory
