As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your duties include but are not limited to:
- Attend and resolve all customer inquiries through telephone
- Handle sensitive content to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify customers concerns, clarify information and provide a solution
In order to qualify for this position, the successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bilingual: Fluent in French + English
- 1+ years of previous customer service or call centre experience
- Proficient with computer and typing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
- Strong communication skills both written & oral
