Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking for a Service Analyst for a 12-month contract, located in downtown Toronto.
As a Service Analyst your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Process and/or fulfill transactions, perform audit/ reconciliation activities in accordance with established priorities
- Identify potential risk situations and escalate to more senior team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust through responsive, accurate, consistent, knowledgeable and available services and support
Skills required for the Analyst, Vendor Management include:
- Strong customer service skills
- Call center experience
- Nice to have Wire Payments processing in Canadian dollars, US dollars and Sundry Foreign currencies (i.e.: EUR, GBP, CHF, etc.)
Shift Hours: 7 AM-3:30 PM or 9:30 AM - 6 PM
