Our client, a large financial institution is looking for Customer Service Representative for a 12-month contract located in Kitchener. This is an exciting opportunity for professional with previous customer service experience!
As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Manage incoming flow of internal and external customer inquires
- Troubleshoot account issues and determine resolution to technical problems
- Respond to high volume of calls and emails
Skills required for the Customer Service Representative include:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Previous experience in call center is preferred but not required
- Proficient with MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
