Our client, a large financial institution is looking for a Resource Coordinator for a 6-month contract located in downtown Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity for people looking to get into the HR industry.
As a Resources Coordinator your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Assist the Human Resources team with on-boarding, off-boarding, and renewals
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and managing the SharePoint site
- Prepare financial statements, invoices, reports and other documents
Skills required for the Resources Coordinator include:
- 3-5 years of Customer Service or Administrative experience
- Previous experience with SharePoint and strong knowledge of MS Office
- University/College degree in related field
