Title: Business Development / 360 Recruitment Specialist
Location: Downtown, Toronto
IFG is on the search for a Business Development / 360 Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team.
We are on the search for a sales-driven individual who will be responsible for new business development and recruiting top talent. You must be comfortable with making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
As a Business Development / 360 Recruitment Specialist, your role will involve:
- Cold/warm calling prospective clients to develop business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Booking face-to-face client meetings with key decision makers
- Planning and executing strategic sales approach to build an active book of business
- Helping clients by providing them with candidates that meet their needs and requirements
- Meeting and exceeding sales and recruiting activity metrics on a weekly basis
- Following up with clients to confirm that their needs and supplied candidates are meeting expectations
- Interviewing and matching highly skilled sales, marketing, and administrative professionals with clients’ assignments/projects
- Managing ongoing assignments to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
- Providing ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates
- 2+ years of previous cold-calling experience in sales
- Must have a strong desire to build a career in business development by using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Staffing agency experience would be an asset.
- Demonstrated meeting and exceeding KPI’s and sales targets
